Damascus, SANA- A military source declared that\u00a0all points into which Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists\u00a0and the affiliated groups infiltrated in the\u00a0surroundings of the factories area to the north of\u00a0Jobar on the eastern outskirts of Damascus City\u00a0were restored.<\/p>\n
The source told SANA that over the past few hours,\u00a0army units carried out a number of military\u00a0operations, restoring all the points into which\u00a0Jabhat al-Nusra and the affiliated groups\u00a0infiltrated in the surroundings of the factories\u00a0area to the north of Jober and restored the normal\u00a0situation to the area.<\/p>\n
The source added that the military operation\u00a0focused on the areas from which Jabhat al-Nusra\u00a0terrorists and the affiliated groups started their\u00a0attack and the operation was precise and decisive\u00a0as it was carried out in a record time and with a\u00a0high coordination between all participating units.<\/p>\n
All members of the terrorist groups which\u00a0infiltrated to the area were eliminated and their\u00a0equipment was destroyed, according to the source.<\/p>\n
The source added that a large number of terrorists\u00a0were also killed in the operation including some\u00a0of their leaders and a number of foreign\u00a0terrorists, in addition to destroying a number of\u00a0their command centers, depots of arms and\u00a0ammunition, booby-trapped vehicles and machinegun-equipped vehicles.<\/p>\n
