{"id":103237,"date":"2017-03-29T18:21:47","date_gmt":"2017-03-29T16:21:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/?p=103237"},"modified":"2017-03-29T18:21:47","modified_gmt":"2017-03-29T16:21:47","slug":"peoples-assembly-discusses-a-number-of-bills","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=103237","title":{"rendered":"People\u2019s Assembly discusses a number of bills"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Damascus, SANA &#8211; The People\u2019s Assembly discussed a number of draft laws at its 19th session of the third ordinary round of the 2nd legislative term, headed by Speaker Hadiyeh Abbas.<\/p>\n<p>The draft laws include a bill on extending the provisions of Law No. 4 for 2016 exempting business owners who are subscribers to the General Organization for Social Insurance from interests and additional charges incurred.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the Assembly also discussed a draft law on the establishment of civil courts (Appeal and First Instance) to deal with maritime cases in the provinces of Tartous and Lattakia.<\/p>\n<p>They also discussed a bill amending article within Legislative Decree No. 11 for 2015 on exempting locally-produced goods from consumer spending fees when exported abroad.<\/p>\n<p>The MPs discussed a bill amending Legislative Decree No. 17 for 2015 related to amendment of the consular charges for granting and renewal of passports and travel documents for Syrian citizens abroad.<\/p>\n<p>M. al-Frieh\/H.
