Damascus, SANA- Ministry of Health launched the\u00a0National Vaccination Days on Tuesday till April\u00a027th targeting children under five via health\u00a0centers and mobile teams in conjunction with the
\nWorld Immunization Week.<\/p>\n
The vaccination days, titled My Health in My\u00a0Vaccination, include an anti-polio vaccination\u00a0campaign and a campaign for enhancing the regular\u00a0vaccinations.<\/p>\n
Earlier, Minister of Health Nizar Yazaji told SANA\u00a0that the campaign aims at reaching 2.7 million\u00a0children under five through health centers in the\u00a0provinces and mobile teams.<\/p>\n
The Minister affirmed that the used vaccines are\u00a0safe and for free and that they are exported from\u00a0the best factories which have international\u00a0quality certificates.<\/p>\n
According to the Ministry of Health 9 thousand\u00a0health workers and supervisors are participating\u00a0in the campaign in addition to 379 volunteers and\u00a0813 cars assigned for mobile teams.<\/p>\n
