Daraa, SANA- An army unit targeted Jabhat al-Nusra-linked terrorist groups in Daraa al-Balad area in Daraa southern province.
\nA military source told SANA Thursday that the army killed and injured a number of terrorists in al-Sadd road neighborhood and northwest of the old Customs and destroyed their fortifications and machinegun nests southeast of al-Khazan and in al-Abbasiyeh neighborhood.<\/p>\n
Deir Ezzor<\/span><\/p>\n The Syrian Air Force carried out a series of sorties targeting ISIS terrorists’ hideouts and positions in Deir Ezzor.<\/p>\n SANA reporter in the province said that intensive strikes were launched against gatherings and movements of ISIS terrorists in al-Rasafeh neighborhood and the surroundings of the graveyards area and al-Thurda and Brick Factories, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists in personnel and equipment.<\/p>\n The reporter added that an army unit carried out a special operation against other gatherings and movements of ISIS terrorists in the vicinity of Liwa al-Tamin, destroying BMP a vehicle and killing and injuring a number of terrorists.<\/p>\n Local sources in al-Sayyal town in al-Boukamal area in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor said that ISIS terrorists had executed a citizen by gunshots to the head.<\/p>\n Homs<\/span><\/p>\n Units of army, in cooperation with backup forces, established control over point 968 to the north-west side of Daba’at al-Mleiha and over points 876 and 881 to the west of al-Msheifeh al-Janoubiyah in Homs eastern countryside.<\/p>\n EArlier, the army units, in cooperation with the supporting forces, established control over 4 important points to the west of al-Talila reserve area, 18 km east of Palmyra in eastern Homs, according to military source.<\/p>\n The source said that establishing control over the area achieved after a military operation in which a number of ISIS terrorists were killed or injured while the rest of them fled leaving their weapons and ammunition behind towards al-Badia (desert).<\/p>\n The source added that an army unit shelled a den for ISIS terrorists in Dahrit al-Tawila to the east of Habra al-Gharbia village in the eastern countryside of Homs, killing and injuring all the terrorists inside it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Daraa, SANA- An army unit targeted Jabhat al-Nusra-linked terrorist groups in Daraa al-Balad area in Daraa southern province.
