Damascus, SANA \u2013 The 4th international expo for companies and businessmen services, Servex 2017, kicked off on Sunday\u00a0at Dama Rose Hotel in Damascus, with the participation of over 60 companies.<\/p>\n

The first day of the three-day expo, which is organized by Mashhadani International Group for Expos and Conferences, included the unveiling of the new Shahba car produced by the Syrian-Iranian car manufacturing company Siamco, for which there will be offers during the expo that provide discounts of around SYP 900,000.<\/p>\n

In a statement to journalists, Economy and Foreign Trade Minister Mohammad Samer al-Khalil said that Syrian products will return in a strong manner in the foreign markets it used to reach, and that activity in the future will focus more on exports.<\/p>\n

Khalil said that Servex 2017 is an important opportunity for companies to promote their services considering the growing number of participants compared to 2016.<\/p>\n

For his part, Director-General of Mashhadani International Group Khalaf Mashhadani said that the participation of some Arab companies including ones from Kuwait, the UAW, and Egypt despite the current conditions in Syria is a positive indicator.<\/p>\n
