Provinces, SANA- Army units operating in Homs, in cooperation with the supporting forces, thwarted ISIS terrorist groups’ attack on a number of military posts in Rajem al-Ali, Tal Shiha and Talet al-Medrajeh in the eastern countryside of Homs<\/span> Province.<\/p>\n

A military source told SANA Monday that the army units, aided by the backing forces, thwarted terrorist groups’ infiltration from a number of axes towards the military posts in Rajem al-Ali, Tal Shiha and Talet al-Medrajeh, about 80 km east of Homs city, leaving a number of terrorists dead or injured.<\/p>\n

The source added that the army destroyed two machineguns-equipped pick-up cars for the terrorist groups and killed most of their members, while scores of them fled away towards al-Badia.<\/p>\n

Hama<\/span><\/p>\n

Army and Armed Forces units, in cooperation with the supporting forces, carried out special operations against gatherings and movements for ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the eastern and southern countryside of Hama province.<\/p>\n

SANA\u2019s reporter said that an army unit launched intensive strikes against ISIS terrorists’ movements on the road between Salamiyeh, al-Sheikh Hilal and Athrieh in the eastern countryside of Hama province, which resulted in killing all members of a terrorist group and destroying a vehicle equipped with a heavy machinegun.<\/p>\n

The reporter added that members of three terrorist groups affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra organization were killed by the army units\u2019 strikes against the terrorists\u2019 gatherings and movements near the roundabout of Hurr Binafseh village, the surroundings of al-Zaraa village, and west of al-Abbara. A terrorist known as “Abu Qatada” was identified among the terrorists killed in these strikes.<\/p>\n

Deir Ezzor<\/span><\/p>\n

The army’s Air Force destroyed gatherings and vehicles for ISIS terrorist organization in the eastern province of Deir Ezzor.<\/p>\n

SANA reporter in Deir Ezzor said that the Syrian Air Force carried out intensive airstrikes on ISIS movement axes and positions in al-Tharda area and al-Boghilia village in the western countryside of the province, killing a number of terrorists and destroying a number of vehicles equipped with machineguns.<\/p>\n

The reporter added that command sites and a number of vehicles were destroyed and tens of terrorists were killed, foreign mercenaries among them, as a result of the army\u2019s airstrikes on sites and gatherings for ISIS in Marat village and Mu-Hasan city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
