A military source said Thursday that the army\u00a0eliminated scores of ISIS terrorists and destroyed\u00a0large numbers of weapons and ammunition in\u00a0addition to seizing various kinds of military
\nequipment and ammunition.<\/p>\n
The source added that the engineering members\u00a0dismantled the explosive devices and mines which\u00a0were planted by ISIS terrorists, while the army\u00a0units continue pursuing the remnants of terrorists\u00a0who fled away towards al-Badia.<\/p>\n
Later, units of army, in cooperation with backup forces, established control on al-Mahsa and a number of surrounding hills that connect Homs eastern countryside with al-Qalamoun.<\/p>\n
Deir Ezzor<\/span><\/p>\n Army units, backed by air\u00a0forces, destroyed two vehicles and a\u00a0command center for ISIS terrorist organization in\u00a0Deir Ezzor city and its countryside.<\/p>\n SANA reporter said that Syrian air force carried\u00a0out air strikes against a site for ISIS terrorists\u00a0in al-Ardi neighborhood where a number of their\u00a0leaders were holding meeting.
