The UN Commission of Inquiry on Syria expressed\u00a0deep concern over the large number of victims who\u00a0were killed in Raqqa.<\/p>\n
Guterres also expressed concern over the latest\u00a0developments in Syria after downing the Syrian jet\u00a0by the international coalition in the countryside\u00a0of Raqqa, warning against worsening the situation
