{"id":121515,"date":"2017-12-16T20:41:40","date_gmt":"2017-12-16T18:41:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/?p=121515"},"modified":"2017-12-17T10:31:54","modified_gmt":"2017-12-17T08:31:54","slug":"jabhat-al-nusra-terrorists-eliminated-their-weapons-destroyed-in-hama-countryside","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=121515","title":{"rendered":"Update-Army retakes areas in Damascus Countryside and Idleb, eliminates Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Hama and Idleb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Provinces, SANA &#8211; Army and Armed Forces units, in coordination with popular defense groups, regained full control over Tal al-Zayat in southwestern <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Damascus Countryside<\/span> on Saturday after eradicating Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists.<\/p>\n<p>SANA\u2019s reporter said that the army units, over the past hours, \u00a0launched wide military operation against Jabhat al-Nusra fortified position in south and east of Tal al-Zayat and al-Zaher al-Aswad.<\/p>\n<p>The reporter added that the army units are continuing the military operations in the direction of al-Zaher al-Aswad amid collapse within terrorists\u2019 ranks as huge number of them fled away towards\u00a0Bait Jinn.<\/p>\n<p>According to reporter,\u00a0the army\u2019s advance in the direction of Tal al-Zayat and Tal al-Zaher al-Aswad will lead to the full control of the army over a series of hills and more than 10 kms.<\/p>\n<p>Army units have carried out precise military operations against Jabhat al-Nusra gatherings in the northeastern countryside of <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Hama<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>SANA reporter said that army units, in cooperation with the popular defense groups, engaged in violent clashes with terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra in the vicinity of al-Zahra and al-Hawiyah farms in the northwest of of al-Zafariya town on the administrative border between Hama and Idleb provinces.<\/p>\n<p>The reporter added that the clashes resulted in the elimination of a number of Jabahat al-Nusra terrorists and the destruction of weapons and equipment were in their possession.<\/p>\n<p>Later, a<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">rmy units established control over al-Khenzir hill and al-Mshairfeh town in the southern countryside of <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Idleb<\/span> province.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>SANA\u2019s correspondent said that this came following violent clashes with Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists that left many of the terrorists dead and destroyed their weapons, ammo, bases, and fortifications.<\/p>\n<p>The correspondent said that army units are now deployed in al-Mshairfeh where they raised the Syrian flag and are currently combing it and reinforcing their positions, adding that the army operations against al-Nusra will continue northwards towards the depth of Idleb\u2019s southern countryside.<\/p>\n<p>Maya Dayoub<strong>\/<\/strong>Ghossoun \/ Hazem Sabbagh<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Provinces, SANA &#8211; Army and Armed Forces units, in coordination with popular defense groups, regained full control over Tal al-Zayat in southwestern Damascus Countryside on Saturday after eradicating Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists.
