{"id":125793,"date":"2018-01-30T06:37:53","date_gmt":"2018-01-30T04:37:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/?p=125793"},"modified":"2018-01-30T09:43:43","modified_gmt":"2018-01-30T07:43:43","slug":"zasypkin-syrian-national-dialogue-congress-important-step-to-solve-syrian-crisis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=125793","title":{"rendered":"Zasypkin: Syrian National Dialogue Congress important step to solve Syrian crisis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Beirut, SANA- Russia&#8217;s Ambassador to Lebanon, Alexander Zasypkin, stressed that the National Dialogue Congress in Sochi is an important step to solve the crisis in Syria.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to al-Manar TV on Monday night, Zasypkin said that the goal of the Congress is to hold a national dialogue among the Syrians themselves.<\/p>\n<p>He affirmed that Russia doesn\u2019t intend to impose anything on the Syrians and that the agreement between the Syrians is the basis according to Russia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince the beginning, we have affirmed the necessity of restoring Syria\u2019s sovereignty over all its territories, and that combating terrorism is a top priority,\u201d the Russian diplomat said.<\/p>\n<p>He added \u201cWe want to complete the mission of combating terrorism,\u201d indicating that the attack against terrorists\u2019 strongholds in Syria is continued.<\/p>\n<p>Zasypkin clarified that the US is against holding this Congress and it has provoked the \u201copposition factions\u201d to not attend the congress, adding that Washington opposes Moscow not only regarding the congress, but with regard to anything that could help solving the crisis in Syria.<\/p>\n<p>R.
