{"id":137998,"date":"2018-05-17T19:03:29","date_gmt":"2018-05-17T16:03:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/?p=137998"},"modified":"2018-05-17T20:22:54","modified_gmt":"2018-05-17T17:22:54","slug":"contrast-or-variance-short-documentary-reflects-war-effect-on-art-in-syria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=137998","title":{"rendered":"Contrast or Variance: Short documentary reflects war effect on Syrian art"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hama, SANA-Ali Mansur\u00a0depicted in his 6-minute short documentary named &#8220;Contrast or Variance&#8221; the condition of art before and after war in Syria.<\/p>\n<p>As a fine artist, he tried to replace the brush with a camera lens and reflect by photo how the war changed art.<\/p>\n<p>The crisis reshaped Syrian lives in various aspects to which Art was not immune.<\/p>\n<p>Mansur told SANA that his documentary was a personal initiative, aimed to depict pressures imposed on young artists in the time of war and the contrasts which emerged in their arts.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The documentary theme is inspired from our daily life.
