citizens received medical and relief services in Daraa countryside in a month"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Daraa, SANA- Some 300,000 people benefited from relief aid and medical services in the villages and towns of Daraa countryside which were liberated recently by the Syrian Arab Army from terrorist organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Head of Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) Daraa-branch, Ahmed al-Masalema, told SANA that the branch, supported by the World Food Program (WFP), delivered <a href=\"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Daraa-aid-relief-SARC-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-144146 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Daraa-aid-relief-SARC-2-300x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Daraa-aid-relief-SARC-2-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Daraa-aid-relief-SARC-2.jpg 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>64,000 food baskets and 64,000 flour bags to 26 villages and towns in the eastern, western and northern Daraa countryside from July 2 until August 2.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the cadres from the branch have engaged in a multifaceted humanitarian response, including providing relief materials, various medical services and reached 300,000 people within a month.<\/p>\n<p>The branch will continue to provide assistance to all areas of Daraa province, he added.<\/p>\n<p>In turn, Mohamed Rami al-Ahmed, chief of the SARC\u2019s emergency teams in Daraa said the branch has provided 3 mobile clinics in the liberated villages of Daraa countryside, which provided daily medical services for more than <a href=\"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Daraa-aid-relief-SARC-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-144147 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Daraa-aid-relief-SARC-3-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Daraa-aid-relief-SARC-3-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Daraa-aid-relief-SARC-3.jpg 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>1500 people as well as the distribution of chronic illness medicines, medicines for children and antibiotics.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Ahmad pointed out that 7 ambulances are ready to transport cases requiring treatment inside hospitals.<\/p>\n<p>The Syrian Arab Army units liberated Daraa countryside from terrorist organizations, while the armed groups in many villages and towns capitulated following a military operation by the Syrian army and handed over
