New York, SANA \u2013 Spokesperson for the United Nations stressed
\nthe international organization’s continued efforts to push for a
\npolitical solution to the crisis in Syria.<\/p>\n
Sputnik news agency quoted the international organization’s
\nspokesperson as saying that a permanent solution to the crisis in
\nSyria can only be achieved through a political process and the UN will
\nmake arduous efforts to push forward this process.<\/p>\n
He refuted news about having confidential documents regarding Syria
\nthat prevent the organization from dealing with the state in the
\nreconstruction stage, adding that the UN regularly discusses
\npriorities and approaches concerning Syria taking into consideration
\nthe changing realities.<\/p>\n
The Spokesperson added that guiding principles and rules have been set
\nup within the framework of the UN’s consultations and unified system
\nin order to provide support and aid to needy people throughout the
\nSyrian territory based on principles of equity and discrimination and
\nin accordance with its Charter and relevant UN Security Council
\nresolutions.<\/p>\n
