Material damage was also reported in the attack.<\/p>\n
Another shell struck Bab Sharqi district in the old city of Damascus, killing a citizen and wounding eight others, also\u00a0inflicting material damage in the area.<\/p>\n
There has been no letup in terrorist attacks with mortars which are intended to disrupt normal life in Damascus, causing deaths and injuries among civilians almost daily.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, a citizen was wounded by a mortar shell that hit Daf al-Sakhr neighborhood in Jaramana city in Damascus countryside that also caused material damage, according to a Police Command source.<\/p>\n
