{"id":148881,"date":"2018-10-15T13:30:50","date_gmt":"2018-10-15T10:30:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/?p=148881"},"modified":"2018-10-16T11:46:22","modified_gmt":"2018-10-16T08:46:22","slug":"final-logistic-procedures-taken-for-re-opening-nassib-border-crossing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=148881","title":{"rendered":"Naseeb-Jaber border crossing with Jordan re-opened for persons and vehicles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Daraa, SANA \u2013 Naseeb-Jaber border crossing between Syria and Jordan was re-opened on Monday and traffic between the two countries started, ending a three-year closure due to the terrorists\u2019 domination over the border crossing.<\/p>\n<p>SANA reporter from the border crossing said that all logistic procedures have been taken to receive the traffic crossing movement of vehicles and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Nassib-crossing-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-148937 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Nassib-crossing-2-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Nassib-crossing-2-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Nassib-crossing-2.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>persons on the Syrian side by all the relevant bodies and ministries, adding that several Syrian and Jordanian vehicles and persons started to cross through Naseeb-Jaber.<\/p>\n<p>Following the opening of the crossing, a Syrian economic delegation headed to the Jordanian crossing of Jaber.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to reporters, head of the Syrian Exporters Federation, Mohammad al-Sawah affirmed that Naseeb-Jaber crossing is very important for the return of the flow of goods between Syria and Jordan and the revitalization of economy as it is a transit area for Syria towards neighboring countries and is of the same importance for Jordan.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, Interior Minister Mohammad al- Sha\u2019ar said that an agreement has been reached between Syria and Jordan to re-open the border crossing on Monday following a meeting of Syrian\u2013Jordanian technical committee agreeing on the arrangements to re-open the border crossing of Naseeb-Jaber.<\/p>\n<p>Last July, units of the Syrian Arab Army cleansed the border crossing of terrorism and restored security to it.
