Aleppo, SANA \u2013 Upon the directives of President Bashar al-Assad, all members of the Cabinet, headed by Prime Minister Imad Khamis, arrived on Friday evening at Aleppo province to inspect the state of services, economy, and development in the province, in addition to holding the weekly Cabinet session there.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival at Aleppo International Airport, Premier Khamis inspected the airport’s departments, readiness, the recent improvements to it, and the services it provides.<\/p>\n

The state of the industrial sector and restoring Aleppo\u2019s luster as an economic city are among the top priorities of the visit, reflecting the dedication to having Aleppo reclaim its important economic standing locally and internationally.<\/p>\n

During the visit, the Ministers will inspect the state of services and development sectors, as well as progress in the projects that were launched, the activities in markets, production, the implementation of the new zoning plan for Aleppo city, and means to realize economic development across the province.<\/p>\n
