Damascus, SANA- A delegation from Tunisian youth organizations that is currently visiting Damascus in response to an invitation of the Revolutionary Youth Union participated on Thursday in a blood donation campaign in support of the Syria Arab Army’s wounded personnel.<\/p>\n

Speaking to SANA, Head of the national organization of Tunisian youth Ziyad al-Maher said that the visit aims to celebrate with the Syrian people victory in the battle against terrorism being the battle of the entire Arab nation.<\/p>\n

Members of the delegation also affirmed their standing by the side of the Syrian Arab Army in the fight against terrorism and their solidarity with Syria and its steadfastness.<\/p>\n

The Tunisian delegation also participated in the afforestation campaign, which carried out at al-Wahda park in Damascus and al-Sabboura area in Damascus countryside where they considered that the participation in the campaign is an expression of the symbolism of restoring normal life to Syria and a proof of the cultural dimension between the two friendly countries -Syria and Tunisia.<\/p>\n

Members of the Revolutionary Youth Union also indicated that the visit paid by the Tunisian delegation highlights the important role of the Syrian youth in defending the homeland and re-building it, affirming the union’s keenness to reactivate relations with the youth organizations in various Arab and foreign countries.<\/p>\n
