Paris, SANA_\u00a0 New facts have been revealed about what the US-led international coalition has done of the crimes and the destruction of infrastructure in Syria under the pretext of fighting Daesh terrorist organization.<\/p>\n
French officer Colonel Francois-Regis Legrier said that the coalition’s focus had been on limiting its own risks and this had greatly increased the death toll among civilians and the levels of destruction.<\/p>\n
The French officer, who is involved in framework of the coalition in massacres committed by coalition against innocent Syrian civilians, talked about the scorched-earth policy followed by the coalition, stressing that this policy has led to a significant increase in the number of civilian deaths and destruction in Syrian cities.<\/p>\n
” We unnecessarily prolonged the conflict and thus contributed to increasing the number of casualties in the population,” Legrier said in article published by the National Defence Review newspaper.<\/p>\n
” We have massively destroyed the infrastructure and given the population a disgusting image of what may be a Western-style liberation,” he said.<\/p>\n
Legrier added: “How many Hajins will it take to understand that we are on the wrong track?”<\/p>\n
The French army, in confirmation of fact of the “coalition” plot, declared its intention to punish the officer who exposed practices and crimes of the US-led coalition’s forces against the Syrian civilians and their cities.<\/p>\n
“A punishment is being considered,” French army spokesman said in a text message.<\/p>\n
