{"id":160320,"date":"2019-03-05T11:00:57","date_gmt":"2019-03-05T09:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/?p=160320"},"modified":"2019-03-05T13:45:41","modified_gmt":"2019-03-05T11:45:41","slug":"moscow-concerned-over-opcw-ignoring-of-facts-confirming-douma-attack-was-staged","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=160320","title":{"rendered":"Moscow concerned over OPCW ignoring of facts confirming Douma attack was staged"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Moscow, SANA \u2013 The Russian Foreign Ministry expressed concern over the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons&#8217; ignoring of facts provided by Russia and Syria on the alleged use of chemical weapons in Douma.<\/p>\n<p>Sputnik cited the Ministry as saying that the evasive conclusions made by\u00a0the OPCW experts about\u00a0the fact that there are &#8220;reasonable grounds&#8221; that chlorine had been used as\u00a0a chemical weapon in\u00a0the city of\u00a0Douma, unfortunately suggest that the only purpose of\u00a0the report was to &#8220;justify an act of\u00a0aggression&#8221;, held on\u00a014 April 2018 by\u00a0the United States, the UK and France in\u00a0violation of\u00a0the UN Charter against\u00a0a sovereign state.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry stressed in its statement that &#8220;We are concerned that the mission prefers to\u00a0completely ignore the substantial information provided by\u00a0the Russian and Syrian parties confirming that this chemical incident had been staged by\u00a0the pseudo-humanitarian organization White Helmets.<em>&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>H.
