Washington SANA_ The US State Department has approved the allocation of additional millions of dollars to terrorists of the so-called “White Helmets” linked to Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist \u00a0organization in Syria.<\/p>\n
Last June, Syria condemned \u00a0the US decision to provide $ 6.6 million as a financial aid to the terrorist organization and stressed that the additional financial support was a clear piece of evidence that Washington, France, Britain and other states have been baking the multi-forms of terrorism witnessed by Syria since 2011.<\/p>\n
” The United States intends to provide $5 million for the continuation of the operations of the White Helmets in Syria and in support of the UN\u2019s International, Impartial and Independent Mechanism,” The US State Department said in a statement quoted by Sputnik agency Thursday.<\/p>\n
The decision was taken by US President Donald Trump and should be approved by Congress.<\/p>\n
The “White Helmets” organization was \u00a0established in Turkey in 2013 by British, American and western funding; the scope of the organization’s members work only in the places of spreading the terrorist organizations has raised many question marks.<\/p>\n
Last July, after fulfilling the destructive role entrusted to them, the Israeli occupation entity carried out a secret night operation in which 800 members of the so-called \u201cWhite Helmets\u201d and their families were evacuated from southern Syria to Jordan to be rehomed in the United States, Canada, Britain, France and in Germany.<\/p>\n
Several documents were found by the Syrian Arab Army in the areas liberated from terrorism where the “White Helmets” members were operating; these documents unveiled the organization’s strong connection with and support to terrorist organizations, especially “Jabhat al-Nusra” and their role in staging \u00a0false-flag chemical attacks on civilians, as happened in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus countryside, to accuse Syrian Arab Army.<\/p>\n
