{"id":16352,"date":"2014-10-28T19:20:13","date_gmt":"2014-10-28T16:20:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/?p=16352"},"modified":"2014-10-28T19:20:13","modified_gmt":"2014-10-28T16:20:13","slug":"jazz-concert-at-syrian-opera-house","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=16352","title":{"rendered":"Jazz concert at Syrian Opera House"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Damascus, SANA \u2013 Singer Mutaz Uwaiti performed a jazz concert at the Syrian Opera House in Damascus on Monday evening.<\/p>\n<p>Accompanied by musicians Tarek Skaiker, Muhannad al-Samman, Bilal Hammour, Dulama Shihab, and Simon Mrayyesh, Uwaiti performed a number of jazz pieces, including songs by Gregory Porter like Painted Canvas, Musical Genocide, Wolfcry, On My Way to Harlem, Hey Laura, No Love Dying, and Wind Song.<\/p>\n<p>Mutaz Uwaiti graduated from Selhi al-Wadi Musical Institute and studied at the Higher Institute for Music, then continued his musical studies in France.
