Damascus, SANA_ The Agritex Exhibition for Agriculture and Veterinary Supplies is an opportunity for local, Arab and foreign companies specialized in the poultry and agriculture sector to brief on the various plant and animal products currently available in the domestic and foreign markets.<\/p>\n
In a statement to SANA,\u00a0 Assistant Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform Abdul-Karim al-Lahham pointed out to the importance of the exhibition, which started its activities on Thursday evening, to exchange views and experiences between the manufacturers and importers in order to develop work to give a good product .<\/p>\n
Director of the organizing company \u00a0Ghazi al-Atasi said that the exhibition, which will last until June 16th, is one of the oldest specialized exhibitions in Syria. It is an important event \u00a0because it sheds light on the main sectors in Syria, plant and animal.<\/p>\n
A number of participants expressed the importance of the poultry sector and its continuous impact on the Syrian economy and on support of the basket of food for the citizens.<\/p>\n
The increase number of participants in the exhibition is an evidence on the start of the recovery of livestock products.<\/p>\n
