surrounded by pine forests in Lattakia Countryside"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lattakia, SANA_ Al-Zaytouna, in Lattakia northern countryside, is situated 39 km from the city center and encircled by pine forests which cover \u00a0the surrounding mountains.<\/p>\n<p>The village is characterized by an old cave and a spring of fresh water that dates back more than 200 years.<\/p>\n<p>There is also a dam to gather water of the rain and springs that flow from the mountains to be used by the villagers to irrigate crops.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-167854 gallery-columns-3
