Tehran, SANA-Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs, Hussein Amir Abdullahian, reaffirmed Thursday his country’s support to Syria against terrorism.
\n“Tehran and Moscow, in addition to other states, are determined to support Syria and reject any form of military solutions,” Abdullahian said in a statement to FARS news agency.
\nHe added the only solution to the crisis in Syria is political, hailing the strategic and strong ties that connect Syria and Iran.
\nIn a speech to Lebanese al-A’ahd news website on Tuesday, Abdullahian said Tehran backs the political solution to the crisis in Syria.
