Club organizes charity bazaar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Damascus, SANA \u2013 The Diplomatic Club in Syria organized a charity bazaar at Sheraton Hotel in Damascus, featuring products from the 12 participating states, with the proceeds going to civil societies that care for orphans and children with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Diplomatic-Club-Bazaar-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-179066\" src=\"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Diplomatic-Club-Bazaar-2-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" Club\u2019s activities prior to its seven-year hiatus, in addition to tango and classical music performances by the Argentinian Embassy.<\/p>\n<p>In a speech, Deputy Foreign and Expatriates Minister Fayssal Mikdad said that the resumption of the Club\u2019s activities has much significance, as it shows that the situation has improved in Syria, affirming that the Ministry will provide all necessary support for such initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>For her part, the bazaar\u2019s organizer, Mercedes Vaz Pitaluga, wife of the Brazilian Ambassador in Damascus, said the Diplomatic Club has always
