Moscow, SANA-Russia condemned on Wednesday the work of The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in Syria, affirming that it has committed rough violations of the basic principle of its work in its \u201cunreliable report\u201d about Syria.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe experts, who accused Syria of incidents that took place in 2017, have depended on judgments released by the Fact-Finding committee which included rough violations of the basic principle of the OPCW work that stipulates the need for a logic succession of events while collecting and keeping material evidence,\u201d Press office of Russia\u2019s permanent mission at the OPCW said.<\/p>\n
It described the current accusations by the report\u2019s experts of OPCW as \u201cuntrustworthy,\u201d adding that the new report depends on investigations that were conducted remotely without visiting the places of incidents and it depends on statements of terrorist groups and the so-called \u201cWhite Helmets\u201d organization.<\/p>\n
For his part, Leonid Slutsky, Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs at Russian Duma Council, condemned the OPCW\u2019s report which includes accusations of incidents that have happened before three years, stressing that this matter is not permissible because the committee hasn\u2019t depended on real testimonies or evidences according to true logic.<\/p>\n
