Moscow, SANA-Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, affirmed that the so-called \u201cUN Inquiry commission on Syria\u201d doesn\u2019t commit to tangible facts in its work, and the decision of its formation by western countries show that its specified goal is to search about \u201cpretexts\u201d against the Syrian government and its allies.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe files related to the crisis in Syria should be solved according to tangible facts, but the so-called independent inquiry committee on Syria doesn\u2019t respond to that criteria,\u201d Lavrov said at a virtual press conference commenting on the latest allegations of the Committee against the Syrian army and Russian forces.<\/p>\n
He added that that the decision to establish the committee was passed by western states primarily and it doesn\u2019t make this secret, and its formation was done through voting in the UN human rights council of the UN to set up a mechanism with a pre-defined goal which is to search for pretexts against Damascus and its allies.<\/p>\n
Lavrov pointed out that the committee did not go, even once, to Idlib and it depends in collecting the Information on Social media and some sources which ask for keeping them unidentified for \u201csecurity considerations.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Russian minister went on to say \u201cWe are moving from the exceptional need to solve and search any issues related to the crisis in Syria or any other crisis on the basis of specific and tangible facts.<\/p>\n
