{"id":20366,"date":"2014-12-03T12:55:05","date_gmt":"2014-12-03T10:55:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/?p=20366"},"modified":"2014-12-03T12:55:05","modified_gmt":"2014-12-03T10:55:05","slug":"allocating-relief-assistance-to-martyrs-families-and-rural-development-in-tartous","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=20366","title":{"rendered":"Allocating relief assistance to martyrs&#8217; families and rural development in\u00a0 Tartous"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tartous, SANA\u00a0 Minister of Social Affairs Kinda al-Shammat called upon the\u00a0 concerned civil associations to distribute humanitarian assistance\u00a0 according to the plan set by Tartous subcommittee of the Higher Committee\u00a0 for Relief.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">During a meeting with the subcommittee members, the Minister demanded\u00a0 allocating 50 percent of the associations&#8217; development projects to the\u00a0 rural areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">She noted that the Ministry would also obligate the local associations\u00a0 working in the relief domain to allocate a permanent 10 percent share of\u00a0 aid to the families of the martyrs and injured personnel of the Syrian Arab\u00a0 Army.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">For his part, Tartous Governor Safwan Abu Sa&#8217;di announced that the relief\u00a0 subcommittee has established a department of five sections; one of which \u00a0charged with organizations and civil associations affairs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This, he noted, would help in following up on these bodies&#8217; work and\u00a0 preventing any aid distribution without the subcommittee&#8217;s approval.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">H.
