Damascus, SANA \u2013The International Conference on Return of Syrian Refugees has continued its activities for 2nd<\/sup> day at the Umayyad Palace for Conferences in Damascus.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, bilateral meetings for representatives of foreign countries and international organizations are scheduled to be held on the axes of the Conference related to the return of refugees.<\/p>\n

A number of participants toured the makeshift center of Harjala, as well as their places of residence in Damascus countryside as the representatives of the Russian Veteran Organization have offered humanitarian aid.<\/p>\n

The participants will discuss several issues related to organizing\u00a0 the programs which are specialized for teaching the procedures on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of Coronavirus for the citizens.<\/p>\n

The cooperation between Syria and Russia in the field of IT and communications, and in the scientific, economic, commercial and health fields connected with pharmaceutical preparations and medical equipment trading will be also discussed.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, activities of the Conference were started by an opening session and three plenary sessions, in addition to several meetings on the sidelines of Conference where the delegations discussed the situation of the Syrian refugees at the hosting countries, the obstacles facing their return and the current situation in Syria.<\/p>\n
