by the US-backed QSD militia on Hasaka city center and Halko, Tay neighborhoods in Qamishli after opening a number of roads for the movement of cars and citizens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Governor of Hasaka, Ghassan Khalil, said in a statement to SANA reporter \u201cMeasures were taken to lift the siege imposed by the militia on Hasaka city center and a number of neighborhoods in Qamishli. \u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SANA reporter stated that a number of roads were opened for citizens and cars in Hasaka city after removing iron barriers and
