Damascus, SANA \u2013 A terrorist sniper shot and killed a civilian on Damascus-Homs highway in Harasta area on Tuesday, Damascus Countryside, a Police Command source said.<\/p>\n
SANA reporter quoted the source as saying that a sniper opened fire on passersby on the highway near the Police gas station, hitting a civilian who died immediately.<\/p>\n
Yesterday, five fireplace factory workers were injured by a mortar shell that smashed into the factory in the same area, adding to scores of civilians who have been killed or injured by sniper and mortar attacks near Harasta.<\/p>\n
