Provinces, SANA \u2013 Units of the army and armed forces pressed ahead Wednesday with operations to crush positions of terrorist organizations in various areas, hemming their members in and killing tens of them, including from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).<\/span><\/p>\n

Damascus Countryside<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Army units destroyed dens of terrorists in Jobar, Harasta, Zebdeen, Qalamoun and Zabadani killing a number of terrorists and takfiris and injuring others.<\/span><\/p>\n

SANA reporter affirmed that in Douma and its farms, many mercenaries were killed including non-Syrians, Saudi Abdalla al-Belloushi and Mohamad Bashir Qashuh. While in Alia farms the army destroyed a number of terrorists’ vehicles and ammunition as well as killed a number of terrorists.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Zebdeen town Eastern Ghouta, army units killed another group of terrorists including Tunisian Zahed Qoqmaz, Zakaria al-lao and Wadeeh Khanshour members of what’s called “nation’s army”.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Zabadani, an army unit destroyed a hideout of terrorists in Sultania neighborhood and killed some terrorists including Samer Tinawi and Anas al-Darsani, the reporter added.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, units of the army and armed forces faced an infiltration attempt by members of terrorist organizations towards the towns of Meshrefa, Ras Maara, Qalamoun area, close the border with Lebanon, and killed a number of terrorists and injured others.<\/span><\/p>\n

The reporter cited clashes between army units and terrorists in Daraya which resulted in losses among terrorist members.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hasaka<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Units of the army killed over 70 ISIS terrorists and destroyed their vehicles in special and accurate operations in Tal al-Qassayeb and Tal Ghazal in the countryside of Qamishli in the northeastern province of Hasaka, according to a source in the province.<\/span><\/p>\n

These operations came one day after army units repelled an attack by ISIS terrorists on\u00a0Tal Ghazal, southeast of Qamishli, killing numbers of them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier, units of the army killed more than 50 ISIS terrorists and destroyed their dens and vehicles al-Shbeib and Bab al-Kheir villages in southern Hasaka.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Deir Ezzor\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

11 ISIS terrorists, one of them is Jordanian named Abu Abdul-Rahman Bakr and another is Egyptian named Adham Mohammad Ali, were killed in an army operation in Huweijet Sakr in Deir Ezzor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Other army units destroyed an armored vehicle, two pick-up cars equipped with heavy machine guns, three cannons and nine vehicles on the outskirts of al-Bou Amr and to the south of Deir Ezzor airport.<\/span><\/p>\n

Idleb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A military source told SANA that the army destroyed gatherings of terrorists in the towns of al-Hamediya, al-Mouzra, Kouren and al-Ramma in Idleb countryside, killing many terrorists and injuring several others.<\/span><\/p>\n

Homs<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Army unit killed and injured scores of terrorists in separate areas in al-Waer neighborhood in the city of Homs and in the villages of Rasm al-Qasr, al-Sultaniyeh, al-Mazbal, near Khattab, Ein Hussein, Talbiseh, Tal Abu al-Sanasel and Um Sharshouh in the countryside.<\/span><\/p>\n

Daraa<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A number of “Jabhat al-Nusra” terrorists were killed in the army\u2019s operations against their gatherings in southern province of Daraa and its countryside including Daraa al-Balad, al-Sheikh Miskeen, Bosra al-Sham, Ibta, Enkhl, Deir al-Adas and Salmin.<\/p>\n

Terrorist organizations admitted, on their social media pages, heavy losses inflicted upon their ranks in the countryside of Daraa and the death of large number of their members, among them terrorist Yaser Issa al-Radi al-Nusayrat who died of his injuries in al-Sheikh Miskeen area.<\/p>\n

Earlier in day, a military source told SANA that the army destroyed dens for terrorists in the towns of Atman, Busr al-Harir, al-Hrak and Zamren in the countryside, killing many of them.<\/p>\n
