New York, SANA-Syria\u2019s Permanent Representative to the UN, Bassam Sabbagh, affirmed that Syria is committed to the political solution, based on national Syrian-Syrian dialogue, owned and led by Syrians which\u00a0 adheres to Syria\u2019s unity and territorial integrity, a firm principle that can\u2019t be compromised.<\/p>\n
Sabbagh, during a session for Security Council on Friday, said that the insistence of some states to not listen to the Syrians\u2019 voice and to not change their wrong policies in Syria and the region has brought nothing but terrorism, chaos, instability and looting the resources.<\/p>\n
He added that fulfilling the Presidential election and the mass public participation in it stressed the commitment of Syrians to their country\u2019s sovereignty, territorial integrity and independent national choices.<\/p>\n
Syria’s Representative went on to say that Syria renews its rejection of any foreign interference in the task of the committee of discussing the constitution and of any forgery to what was agreed on by any party or hindering the committee\u2019s work under pretexts that never relate to facts.<\/p>\n
Sabbagh added that western states, some of which are permanent members at the Security Council, seek to dedicate illegitimate and false situation through supporting separatist militias in addition to infiltrating their delegations, like thieves, into the Syrian territories.<\/p>\n
