Homs, SANA_ Five-day anti-polio vaccination campaign was launched in Homs on Sunday in the hard-to-reach\u00a0areas which have not been fully covered in previous campaigns.<\/p>\n
Between\u00a012,000\u00a0and\u00a015,000 under five years children will be given the vaccines.<\/p>\n
In a statement to SANA, Head of Health Care Department at Homs Health Directorate Dr. Abdul Mo’men Qashlaq said that the campaign covers the areas of Palmyra and its countryside, al-Rastan and its suburbs, al- Mukharam and its surrounding in addition to al-Hola area.<\/p>\n
Qashlaq added that the vaccines will be given at health centers and\u00a0through 24 mobile\u00a0medical clinics and teams.<\/p>\n
