Maitham Ibrahim al-Youssef said Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Youssef said that opening of Tartous port and the oil outlet delayed until the intensity of the storm decreases.<\/p>\n<p>The storm reached 40 knots ( 74km \/hr), Gen. al-Youssef said, expecting the winds speed reach between 10 to 15 knots.<\/p>\n<p>He said the damage affected the ports are very limited, adding that the department took all necessary measures to face any abnormal developments.<\/p>\n<p>H.
