{"id":250081,"date":"2021-10-01T18:31:18","date_gmt":"2021-10-01T15:31:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/107.6.182.27\/en\/?p=250081"},"modified":"2021-10-01T18:31:18","modified_gmt":"2021-10-01T15:31:18","slug":"charity-marathon-for-supporting-children-with-cancer-in-damascus-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=250081","title":{"rendered":"Charity marathon for supporting children with cancer in Damascus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Damascus, SANA- In support of children with cancer, a charity marathon titled \u201cWe Want to Run for BASMA\u201d was launched on Friday from Damascus-based Sheraton Hotel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/107.6.182.27\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/BASMA-Association-charity-marathon1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-250083 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/107.6.182.27\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/BASMA-Association-charity-marathon1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"195\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The participants crossed 5 kilometers, setting off from Sheraton hotel towards al-Rabwah road along the way to the Children hospital, touring al-Mwasat square to Mazzeh highway and Umayyad square to end the race at the Sheraton as the participants joined in an artistic concert and entertainment activities at the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>The marathon is organized by BASMA Association \u201cSupport Children with Cancer\u201d to raise funds for children with cancer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dChildren with cancer are everyone&#8217;s responsibility and we can all contribute,&#8221;
