{"id":254879,"date":"2021-11-17T21:18:44","date_gmt":"2021-11-17T19:18:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/107.6.182.27\/en\/?p=254879"},"modified":"2021-11-17T21:54:14","modified_gmt":"2021-11-17T19:54:14","slug":"mission-sky-the-1st-film-depicts-the-syrian-russian-cooperation-in-combating-terrorism","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=254879","title":{"rendered":"Mission \u201cSky\u201d \u2026. the 1st film depicts the Syrian-Russian cooperation in combating terrorism"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moscow, SANA- Cinemas of the Russian capital city of Moscow and other Russian cities started on Wednesday screening the narrative film \u201cSky\u201d which sheds lights on the Syrian-Russian cooperation on fighting terrorism in Syria and documents the story of, Oleg Peshkov, the Lieutenant-Colonel of the Russian Air Force who was martyred after his Su-24 was shot down by Turkey in Syria\u2019s sky on November 24th ,2015.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/107.6.182.27\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/5-26.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-254902 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/107.6.182.27\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/5-26.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"211\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The film is based on real events when a member of the terrorist organizations fired on the pilot Peshkov while he was parachuting, killing him while he was in the sky after shooting his Su-24 plane by Turkish missiles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, a group of the Russian and Syrian special forces rescued the other pilot , Captain Konstantin Murakhtin, as he parachuted to the ground before the terrorist organizations could manage to reach him.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Later, all the terrorists who participated in this crime were eliminated , and Captain Peshkov was awarded the &#8220;Hero of the Russian Federation&#8221;
