Frost and fog are expected in the\u00a0mountainous and some internal areas.<\/p>\n<p>The Department added that winds are north-western.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, temperatures will be above its average\u00a0with 2 to 4 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>H.
