{"id":260826,"date":"2022-01-17T10:42:51","date_gmt":"2022-01-17T08:42:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/107.6.182.27\/en\/?p=260826"},"modified":"2022-01-17T10:42:51","modified_gmt":"2022-01-17T08:42:51","slug":"cold-weather-conditions-prevail-snow-over-mountains","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=260826","title":{"rendered":"Cold weather conditions prevail, snow over mountains"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Damascus, SANA- Cold weather conditions will continue to prevail in Syria, according to the Meteorological Department.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Department\u2019s Monday bulletin stated that the temperatures will stay from 3 to 5 below average as the country is affected by a shallow low pressure accompanied by cold northern air currents in the highest part of the atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, while at night the weather will be intensely cold, and in the early morning, frost and ice are expected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The wind will be northerly to northwesterly with low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Different amounts of rainfalls were registered in a number of provinces as follows: Sweida 22mm and Daraa 18mm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 9\/-1, Daraa 10\/0, Homs 7\/-3, Hasaka 9\/2, Tartous 14\/2, Aleppo 9\/-1, Deir Ezzor 9\/4<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rafah al-Allouni\/ Ruaa al-Jazaeri<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Damascus, SANA- Cold weather conditions will continue to prevail in Syria, according to the Meteorological Department.
