Donetsk, SANA- Donetsk People’s Republic Minister of Foreign Affairs Natalia Nikonorova has announced that Syria will become one of Donetsk’s largest partners in maritime trade, noting that trade between the two countries could include minerals, industry, machinery building and agriculture.<\/p>\n
“Maritime trade is recovering and Syria may become one of our main trading partners,” Tass News Agency quoted Nikonorova as saying.<\/p>\n
“The Donetsk People’s Republic has not only rebuilt Mariupol port after its liberation from Ukrainian forces, but has also fully operated it,” she added.<\/p>\n
In this context, Nikonorova indicated that the Donetsk plan aims to load about half a million tons of products through the port by the end of the year.<\/p>\n
Earlier, Nikonorova had affirmed the remarkable growth of relations between Syria and the Donetsk Republic in many areas.<\/p>\n
