{"id":288745,"date":"2022-10-31T15:17:21","date_gmt":"2022-10-31T13:17:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/107.6.182.27\/en\/?p=288745"},"modified":"2022-11-03T17:43:07","modified_gmt":"2022-11-03T15:43:07","slug":"elon-musk-says-twitter-will-revise-how-it-verifies-users","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=288745","title":{"rendered":"Elon Musk says Twitter will revise how it verifies users"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Washington\/SANA &#8211; Twitter will revise its user verification process, Elon Musk said in a tweet on Sunday, just days after he took over one of the world&#8217;s most influential social media platforms.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Whole verification process is being revamped right now&#8221;, Musk said in his tweet without giving more details.<\/p>\n<p>The CEO of Tesla Inc (TSLA.O) has not made a final decision and the project could still be scrapped but according to Platformer it is likely that verification will become a part of Twitter Blue.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter Blue was launched in June last year as the platform&#8217;s first subscription service, which offers &#8220;exclusive access to premium features&#8221; on a monthly subscription basis including an option to edit tweets.<\/p>\n<p>The feature to edit tweets was also made available earlier this month after Musk launched a Twitter poll in April asking his millions of followers whether they wanted an edit button.
