Damascus, SANA-Upon the patronage of Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Armed forces, President Bashar al-Assad, ceremony of honor were held\u00a0 for the excelled sons of serving and retired military personnel, martyrs, missing persons, and the wounded who succeeded in the secondary certificate exams in all its branches and basic education for the year 2022.<\/p>\n

Speeches were delivered affirming the importance of possessing the necessary science and knowledge to achieve lofty goals and to contribute effectively to building the nation and its prosperity.<\/p>\n

The excelled students expressed their proud of President al-Assad, honor and his constant care for them that constitutes a momentum for them to exert more efforts for the sake of the country\u2019s development.<\/p>\n

A number of senior officers of the General Command of the Army and the Armed Forces, governors, directors of education, heads of veteran\u2019s associations and offices of martyr\u2019s affairs, in addition to the families of outstanding students, participated in the ceremony.<\/p>\n
