Its frequent military strikes and harsh economic sanctions have caused huge civilian casualties and taken away the means to subsistence of the Syrians\u201d, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning\u2019s on regular press conference cited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People\u2019s Republic of China,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\\Mao Ning added, \u201cthe US troops continue to occupy Syria\u2019s principal oil-producing regions. They have plundered more than 80% of Syria\u2019s oil production and smuggled and burned Syria\u2019s grain stock.
