Syrian-Russian Psychiatry Conference launched in Damascus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Damascus, SANA- The First Syrian-Russian Psychiatry Conference was launched on Sunday morning at Russian Cultural Center in Damascus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference, which is entitled \u201cYour mental health is priority\u201d, was organized by Syrian-Russian Cooperation Foundation.<a href=\"http:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/1-56.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-315699 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/1-56.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"193\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The two-day conference focuses on depression, as a disease of the age, debates on cardiology and psychiatry, effects of psychiatric medication and the danger of addiction in young people, in addition to another topics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a speech, Chairman of Boards of Syrian-Russian Cooperation, Dr. Fadi Issani, underlined the importance of the conference in shedding light on the role of mental health and its reflection on physical health.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He noted that the Syrian-Russian Cooperation Foundation seeks to uplift the Syrian society in all fields that concern the Syrians.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For his part, Head of Russian Center for Reconciliation, Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit, stressed the importance of issues discussed during the
