{"id":333809,"date":"2024-07-07T18:18:54","date_gmt":"2024-07-07T15:18:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/?p=333809"},"modified":"2024-07-07T18:19:32","modified_gmt":"2024-07-07T15:19:32","slug":"study-shows-morning-exposure-to-red-light-can-improve-eyesight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=333809","title":{"rendered":"Study shows Morning exposure to red light can improve eyesight"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>London, SANA- Just three minutes of exposure to deep red light in the morning once a week can significantly improve eyesight, a study from researchers at University College London in Britain said.<\/p>\n<p>Sky News Arabia reported that the researchers began their investigation with flies and mice, before working with the study\u2019s human participants, who ranged in age from 34 to 70 years old.<\/p>\n<p>On average there was a \u2018significant\u2019 17 percent improvement in color vision, which lasted a week in tested participants.<\/p>\n<p>The researchers measured improvements in the participants\u2019 vision by scoring their color contrast vision, or the ability to differentiate between colors. All the participants had normal color contrast vision at the start of the trial.
