Damascus, SANA- The activities of the sixth conference of Syrian Researchers in Homeland and Abroad 2024, organized by the Higher Commission for Scientific Research in cooperation with Foreign and Expatriates Ministry, Syrian Virtual University(SVU), and Arab School of Science and Technology(ASST), under the title \u201cTowards a knowledge-based national economy\u201d at al-Assad National Library in Damascus.<\/p>\n

The three-day conference, in which 115 researchers will participate either personally or virtually, aims to achieve effective research and applied partnerships between researchers in homeland and abroad, and to provide an effective and sustainable communication environment among them within several axes, namely information and communications, smart systems, biotechnology, nanotechnology, social and cultural development, energy and the environment.<\/p>\n

The conference includes 59 lectures and is accompanied by an exhibition that includes 57 scientific posters on the conference themes.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy that Higher Commission for Scientific Research organized the 1st conference for Syrian Researchers in Homeland and Abroad 2019.<\/p>\n
