{"id":335563,"date":"2024-07-31T16:23:29","date_gmt":"2024-07-31T13:23:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/?p=335563"},"modified":"2024-07-31T16:23:29","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T13:23:29","slug":"syrian-cultural-event-syrian-nights-films-at-the-omani-cinema-society","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=335563","title":{"rendered":"Syrian cultural event \u201c Syrian nights Films\u201d at the Omani Cinema Society"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Muscat, SANA- Omani Cinema Society, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Syrian Arab Republic in Oman and the Social Club of the Syrian Community, has organized a cinematic event entitled \u2018Syrian Nights Films\u2019 at the headquarters of the Omani Cinema Society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Six short films were screened on this event that won international awards, the famous docudrama \u2018Jasmine\u2019 was screened that narrated the situation of children who had affected by the war imposed on Syria and the its negative effects on their dreams and thoughts .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The short film \u201c On the Roof of Damascus \u201c narrates a story of a generation live his life virtually and face challenges that affected by the war.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Additionally, the short documentary docudrama \u2018The Journey of Syrian Silk\u2019 was screened, that tells the story of the stages of the Syrian silk industry in the traditional fashion, and is considered an attempt to convey the Syrian heritage and cultural legacy to the world, in addition to three others short films<\/p>\n<p>This event attended by Syria\u2019s Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, Dr. Idris Mayya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fedaa al-Rahai<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Muscat, SANA- Omani Cinema Society, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Syrian Arab Republic in Oman and the Social Club of the Syrian Community, has organized a cinematic event entitled \u2018Syrian Nights Films\u2019 at the headquarters of the Omani Cinema Society.
