Moscow, SANA-Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdullahian said on Monday that some foreign powers help strengthen terrorist organizations in Syria, affirming his country’s support to the Syrian people against terrorism.<\/p>\n
“A number of foreign governments and intelligence have helped strengthen the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria ISIS terrorist organization and other terrorist organizations in the country,” Abdullahian told Russia Today TV in English, \u00a0referring to several countries’ recognition of the issue of terrorism in Syria and their assertion to the need for reaching a solution to the crisis here.<\/p>\n
He considered that the US uses a double standard policy concerning counter-terrorism.<\/p>\n
