{"id":345549,"date":"2025-01-29T12:55:03","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T09:55:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/?p=345549"},"modified":"2025-01-30T08:39:19","modified_gmt":"2025-01-30T05:39:19","slug":"ways-to-launch-financial-relations-with-germany-discussed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=345549","title":{"rendered":"Ways to launch financial relations with Germany discussed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Damascus, SANA- Ways to launch joint financial relations between Syria and Germany and strengthen them in all areas have been discussed.<\/p>\n<p>That came during a meeting Wednesday that brought together Finance Minister, Mohammad Abazid and a delegation from the German Foreign Ministry, headed by Bjorn Gehrmann.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2-109.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-345596 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2-109.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"181\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Minister Abazid welcomed the German delegation, which arrived in Syria on a visit that is considered one of the first visits by German delegations after the victory of the Syrian revolution.<\/p>\n<p>Abazid affirmed Syria&#8217;s readiness to launch diplomatic and financial relations with Germany.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, Gehrmann expressed happiness with the warm welcome after Germany&#8217;s absence from Syria for about 13 years.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We will reopen the German embassy in Syria and launch and establish German diplomatic relations with Syria again,&#8221;Gehrmann said.<\/p>\n<p>Gehrmann added that he has a set of questions and messages that he will discuss with the Syrian side, in addition to the bilateral diplomatic relations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ruaa al-Jazaeri<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Damascus, SANA- Ways to launch joint financial relations between Syria and Germany and strengthen them in all areas have been discussed.
