{"id":353784,"date":"2025-04-29T08:59:46","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T05:59:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/?p=353784"},"modified":"2025-04-29T10:59:40","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T07:59:40","slug":"syrian-turkish-talks-on-health-cooperation-potential-operation-of-hospitals-in-damascus-and-aleppo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=353784","title":{"rendered":"Syrian-Turkish Talks on health cooperation, potential operation of hospitals in Damascus and Aleppo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Damascus-SANA Minister of Health, Dr. Musab al-Ali, has discussed with a delegation from the Turkish Ministry of Health, led by the Head of the Ministry\u2019s External Affairs Department, Dr. Mustafa Taskin, ways to enhance cooperation in the fields of healthcare and medicine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the meeting held at the Ministry on Monday, the two sides deliberated on the possibility of signing a protocol to operate two hospitals\u2014one in Damascus specializing in cardiology and cardiac surgery, and another in Aleppo dedicated to oncology\u2014by providing them with the necessary resources and medical staff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Turkish delegation stated that the Turkish Ministry of Health is committed to operating the two hospitals with a capacity of 150 beds each, improving the facilities to deliver top-quality medical services to the Syrian people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For his part, Minister al-Ali affirmed the Ministry\u2019s readiness to open doors for any collaborative efforts that serve patient interests and uplift the healthcare sector.
